Assist with client communication and buyer follow-up

Cert IV in Property (Agent’s Representative) or currently completing

We’re looking for a marketing professional to curate our property marketing and support our digital media presence.
This role focuses on delivering thoughtful, high-quality campaigns across listings, social media, and online platforms, ensuring everything reflects the Woods brand and standard.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end property marketing campaigns
Coordinate photographers, videographers, and suppliers
Ensure all marketing aligns with the Woods brand and aesthetic
Support social media, digital content, and paid campaigns
Work closely with the Director and sales team
About You
Experience in marketing or digital media
Strong visual eye and attention to detail
Confident, organised, and proactive
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns
