Woods Estate Agents is a bespoke real estate agency founded by Katie Woods. Based in Emerald in the Dandenong Ranges, we service clients who resonate with our unique approach and style. Together, we will go on a personalised real estate journey giving you the time, space and support you need to move through this transitional stage in your life.
We represent all category of property from rural, high-end lifestyle to cute cottages and fibro-shacks. We tend to attract properties with character and characters that love property and clients that are discouraged by traditional real estate shenanigans.
We sell throughout the Dandenong Ranges, into the Yarra Valley & beyond. Photography has always been about more than just capturing a space for me - it’s about telling a story, evoking a feeling, and drawing people into the life a home can offer.
With a background in photojournalism and a love of visual storytelling, I lead all imaging projects for Woods Estate Agents - from photography and post-production through to final delivery. I work closely with our team and clients to understand the essence of their home and bring it to life through imagery that feels honest, emotive, and beautifully considered.
Every shoot is a collaboration, a creative process where the small details make all the difference.
